Le Sanctuaire was born in 2021, following a meeting between Caroline, passionate about Ayurveda and natural cosmetics, and Marc, a craftsman.
Their complementarity led them to imagine a simple project: to create respectful, handmade treatments, connected to plants and traditional knowledge.
With the desire to offer another way of caring, closer to the body, closer to nature, they laid the foundation for a range designed as a extension of their values and their daily lives.
We believe that self-care is also honoring who we deeply are: a body, a soul, a breath connected to nature. Inspired by Ayurveda and herbalism shop, we wanted to get back to basics To create natural, handmade treatments that respect the body's rhythms and each individual's needs. Le Sanctuaire was born from this intimate desire to offer another way to take care more aware, more rooted, more sacred.
An artisan at heart, with 30 years of experience in cabinetmaking. He now dedicates his precision, his sensitivity to touch, and his love for natural materials to the Sanctuary.
A graduate in philosophy with a background in aesthetics, she has always harbored a passion for natural medicine and Indian culture. Inspired by Ayurveda, she designs Sanctuaire's formulas as synergies of plants, oils, and emotions.
Marc and Caroline form a deeply complementary duo: one carries the holistic vision, the other the manual and sensory grounding.
